Run this app on your iphone or ipad and place it in the field of view while you hit off the tee. The instant it shows green, give the ball a rip.

This utility measures your reaction time from green light to ball strike. Listens for bat impact and measures how quick your reaction time was. Keeps a running tally of your best reaction time, and an average of all times since the last reset.
